The foundation of my work is my qualification in Fashion Design as well as 15 years success in managerial positions in companies such as Adidas, Levis, S. Oliver and Tchibo. After this I qualified as a trainer and systemic coach according to the rules of the German Society for Transactional Analysis (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Transaktionsanalyse).

My training as an image consultant in Germany and the USA covered, among other things: image creation for persons and companies, the psychology of style, colour sensitivity, physiognomy, chromo-morphology, make-up, business etiquette, rhetoric and presentation techniques. 

I have been working in the field of impression management since 1998 and, since founding THE IMAGE INSTITUTE in 2002 have worked solely as an image consultant.

I am member of the New York chapter in the international body the AICI (Association of Image Consultants International), the DGTA (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Transaktionsanalyse) and of the GSA (German Speakers Association). 

Since 2008 I am part of the supervisory board of SKP AG, Ahrensburg.
